We are a dynamic law firm specialising in commercial and personal legal services. Our team boast a combined legal experience of over twenty years. Our vision is to help client organise and resolve their commercial and personal legal affairs at competitive rates.
Corporate Structure
The practice is incorporated as a personal liability company and registered with the Legal Practice Council. The practice was established in 2011 as Mashego Attorneys and incorporated in 2021 under the name and style of Mashego Mabota Inc. The directors are admitted to practice as attorneys in the Republic of South Africa and have professional indemnity insurance cover to protect clients against finance loss.
Our Team
Admitted as an attorney in June 2009. He has LLB, PGDip Labour Law and PGDip Drafting & Interpretation of Contracts from the University of Johannesburg.
Kenneth Mashego

Admitted as an attorney in October 2008. He has LLB, AdvDip in Banking Law, HDip in Tax Law and Cert. in Corporate Finance and Securities Law from the University of Johannesburg.
