Kenneth Mashego was admitted as an attorney in June 2009. He has LLB, PGDip Labour Law and PGDip Drafting & Interpretation of Contracts from the University of Johannesburg. Kenneth has extensive experience in legal services, corporate governance and company secretarial. He worked for companies in developmental finance, tele-communications, insurance and banking sectors. Kenneth is a general practitioner with a keen interest in labour law, law of contracts, corporate law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, insurance law, family law, personal injury law and trusts, wills & estates.
Samuel Mabota
Director
Samuel Mabota was admitted as an attorney in October 2008. He has LLB, Advanced Diploma in Banking Law, Higher Diploma in Tax Law and Certificate in Corporate Finance and Securities Law from the University of Johannesburg. He has extensive knowledge gathered in companies in the banking sector, developmental finance, auditing and advisory firm having worked in various capacities.
